3rdChair Artist Gatherings (formerly known as The Artist Guild)
A 3rdChair Artist Gathering is a place where we set a table for the Creative Tribe to experience CREATIVE INSPIRATION, SPIRITUAL ENCOURAGEMENT, COMMUNITY & MENTORING. We share a meal. We meet other “Creatively Brave” people who choose to live a life of Creativity. We collaborate. We hear from a Guest Artists who share their experience and inspire us with a MasterClass interactive time. While are are definitely “musician centric”, there is a place for everyone & all art forms to come at our table. The “Creative Tribe” is very diverse and extremely influential. You never know if the person you share a meal with might be part of your next step creatively.
We have a firm conviction that the future reach of Christianity looks to be increasingly influenced by Artists. Creatives who are experiencing the transforming love of God in their hearts and Artists whose expressions in music, art, film, theater, dance, communications will carry truth, beauty, love, hope, and faith into culture.
We create and promote conversations about the power of what YOU, as a Creative, can do especially in collaboration with other Artists. The impact these Artists have in our culture, as they experience being loved by God and love one another, has the opportunity to be wildly immense and widespread. We believe in setting a table, opening these doors and encouraging one another in these giftings.
